What this page covers

AdviceIndex (adviceindex.com), a service of advice.ai, lets you request a meeting with a financial advisor after you complete your evaluation. This page explains how that introduction works, what information is shared and when, and how we are paid.

How the introduction works

Requesting a meeting is optional and free. Nothing is shared automatically: your contact details leave your device only when you submit the “Request my advisor meeting” form. When you do, we pass the information you entered (name, email, mobile number, ZIP code, preferred contact time, and any notes), together with your Advice Index report if you chose to share it, to an advisor or a participating partner firm so they can contact you and schedule the conversation.

How we are compensated

You never pay AdviceIndex. Advice.ai may receive compensation from participating advisors and partner firms when we make an introduction. That compensation does not change what you would pay an advisor, and it does not depend on your score or your answers.

An introduction is not a recommendation or an endorsement. We do not verify the qualifications, performance, or regulatory standing of any advisor or firm we introduce, and we encourage you to do your own diligence, for example through FINRA BrokerCheck (brokercheck.finra.org) or the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure site (adviserinfo.sec.gov).

What we are not

AdviceIndex and advice.ai are not:

• An investment adviser or a broker-dealer
• A law firm, an accounting firm, or a tax preparer
• A party to any agreement you enter with an advisor

Consent to contact

Submitting the meeting-request form is your electronic signature. It confirms that you agree to our Terms of Service, that you have had the opportunity to review this Disclosure, and that you consent to being contacted by AdviceIndex and our partners at the email address and mobile number you provided, including by phone call, text message, and email, and including calls or texts placed with an automated dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling the advisor who contacts you or by emailing us at the address below.

Your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it outside the introduction you requested. Our Privacy Policy describes what stays on your device and what is transmitted for each action you take.
